Refund & Reship Policy

At Prop Money Currency, we are committed to delivering high-quality novelty prop currency products and excellent customer service. Please review our Refund & Reship Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Policy

Because our products are novelty prop currency items, certain restrictions apply.

  • Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to the conditions below.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Seizure due to local laws or customs regulations

  • Misuse of the product

  • Buyer’s remorse after shipment

Customers are responsible for ensuring prop currency is legal to possess in their jurisdiction before ordering.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment (reship), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


4. Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

If tracking shows no delivery after an extended period:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

  • If confirmed lost, we may issue a one-time reship.


5. Reship Policy

We may offer a reship under the following conditions:

  • Carrier confirmed loss

  • Verified damage during transit

  • Fulfillment error on our part

Reships are limited to one per order. We reserve the right to deny reship requests if fraud or abuse is suspected.


6. Returns

Due to the nature of our novelty products, we generally do not accept returns.

If a return is approved:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refund (if approved) will be issued after inspection


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of delivery confirmation and evidence to your payment provider

We encourage customers to contact support so we can resolve issues quickly and fairly.


8. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit.


9. Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refund or reship requests that do not meet policy requirements

  • Request identity verification if fraud is suspected
